Our Recruitment Process:
CES conducts in-depth screening and interviewing of all temporary, contract and permanent employees. We are committed to pursuing a successful, mutually rewarding rapport between our customers and potential employees, qualifying each individual by skill set, motivation, career experience and expectations. We will provide a short list of the most suitable candidates to help ensure a perfect match, saving you time and money in advertising, screening, interviewing and training.

Guarantee Policy:
Canadian Employment Services guarantees permanent placements for ninety (90) days. More days may be negotiated if desired. If the employee hired through Canadian Employment Services resigns without just cause, or is terminated for just cause within ninety (90) days, we will replace the employee free of charge and within a time frame that is realistic and suitable for the employer. No refund will be made when the capacity of the duties has changed significantly or if the separation is a result of a general downsizing or reduction in force. If the placement fee is not paid within thirty (30) days, the guarantee is null and void.

Canadian Employment Services guarantees our temporary employees for the duration of the contract. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a C.E.S. temporary employee and inform us within four (4) hours of the first working day, there will be no charge for that temporary employee.
